Most of our guests stay with us for over a couple of months. This allows us to better understand our guests and their preferences, and to extend a more personalized service during their stay with us.
We also assist our guests to integrate and familiarize themselves with their new environment and community. Often, we still hear from our previous guests by way of seasonal greetings and postcards.

The Central Reservation Office at Oakwood, is a very fast paced environment. As a Reservationist, it is important to be logical, adaptable, and forward-minded. At the same time, we often communicate with each other to come up with solutions for more efficiency in this digital age, which in turn will provide smoother transitions for our clientele when they choose to stay with us at Oakwood.

It is a repetition of trial and error every day. There is no only one answer like mathematics, each need to derive the best answer by yourself.

Guest Services
Working as a Guest Services, you will be the first contact person for every guest staying in your property.
This is an exciting opportunity to meet and get to know many different types of guests from various different countries while working in a multicultural environment.
You will be assisting our “Residents” with welcoming them warmly to our property and helping them with various requests that can vary from maintenance to booking restaurants and many more.

You will be responsible to oversee the daily Front Office & Housekeeping operations at your property. Your tasks are to organize the team, mentor them, assign tasks, making sure all guests are satisfied with the Oakwood services, quality checks, handle any unforeseen situations, and others.
You will do room inspections to make sure they are up to Oakwood standard, coordinate any maintenance issues. You will also organize with vendors and raise purchase requests for your property.
Housekeeping Supervisor
You will be responsible to oversee the daily Housekeeping operations at your property.

Working as a Housekeeping Clerk, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations in the Housekeeping department.
To handle the whole office administration work, keep all records updated and accurate.
To provide good communication between guests and housekeeping department, and coordinate with reception, engineering and housekeeping supervisors regarding guest apartment status.
This is an exciting opportunity for anybody that likes to organize and structure a team, while still be in touch with guests and solve all the problems that may arise. You will have constantly new thrilling situations and no day will be the same
Reservationist
Working as a Reservationist in our Central Reservation Office you will be responsible for entering bookings in the systems, making leases for long term residents, take phone calls, and assisting our guests (Internal & External) with various queries.
Other responsibilities such as collaborating closely with the sales team to improve the occupancy and revenue of all of our Japan properties.
Sales Executive
Working as a Sales Executive, you will develop business for all Oakwood properties in Japan and other territories as required.
Develops and calls on potential clients in the designated territory or as directed. Clients to include top multinational regional and headquartered companies, government agencies, and other industries as assigned.
Complies production tracking and sales activities reports as required and submits them prior to the agreed deadlines.
